BERKELEY, CA. December, 2010 - Jetton Construction has been awarded the title "GreenPoint Rated Builder of the Year " by Build It Green, earning 283 points for a new custom home- the highest GreenPoint Rated score of 2010!
We are thrilled to have been honored at the David Brower Center for our many years of experience and dedication to building quality,versatile homes for a sustainable environment. This particular home includes in its innovative design the first permitted rain-water catchment system for interior use in Berkeley, grey water for irrigation, photovoltaic panels, a solar hot water heater and radiant floor heating.
